3, hardness grain molding conditions, to 50T plate vulcanizing machine + 150 × 150mm template hardness grain mold for example measured upper and lower mold temperature: 165 ± 5 ℃, pressure: 50kg/cm2, vulcanization time: 300s.

3、Apply a force of 1kg to the hardness tester and press the hardness grain at a speed of 6cm/s. To ensure the accuracy of the test, it is better to make a hardness tester test stand and install the hardness tester behind the stand for the hardness test.
4, to be hardness tester dial pointer pause after reading the pointer pointing to the value, and recorded, at this time the high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (HTV) hardness test is complete.
